Claire is a certified APPI (Australian Pilates Physiotherapy Institute) pilates instructor and runs small group classes on:

Monday’s 6:30pm at Goldsborough village school
Tuesday’s 9:30am and 10:30am at Green Hammerton village hall
Thursday’s 6:30pm and 7:30pm at Goldsborough village school

One to one or small group sessions available on request.
